The inventarization of the currently implemented tools and their degree of usage, will allow MediaMine in the "realization phase" to determine a high level budget for moving to the next step of optimization and automation.

• To-Be Situation:

  Where do you want to be on short term, middle long term and long term? The perfect situation is described in the "Vision Document".

• Realization of the "vision":

  Which steps must be followed to achieve the objectives described in the To-Be situation? Which are the priorities? As a result, a "Profit Improvement Proposal" will be created, containing a high level vision on which project(s) could enable you to improve your results.
